This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which MH af 2025 ApS (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides services and products on Madstrades.com and associated platforms, including but not limited to educational material, mentorship, subscriptions, live trading access, and copy trading. By purchasing, subscribing, or engaging with any product or service offered by the Company, you agree fully and unconditionally to the terms set forth below.

1. NO REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

All purchases made through Madstrades.com or through any affiliated platforms (including Whop.com, Discord, or Zoom) are final and non-refundable. This policy applies to, but is not limited to, the following services and products:

• Copy trading and performance fee-based services

• Live trading sessions and subscription-based content

• Private mentorship sessions (monthly)

• Trading education course ($5,000 one-time fee)

• Any downloadable or viewable materials

• Access to private communities such as Discord

We do not offer partial refunds, pro-rata refunds, or credit under any conditions. There are no exceptions. This includes dissatisfaction, trading results, scheduling conflicts, personal circumstances, or misuse of third-party platforms.

2. SUBSCRIPTION MANAGEMENT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

For any recurring service (e.g., live trading subscription or mentorship program), it is solely your responsibility to manage and cancel your own subscription. We do not cancel subscriptions on behalf of users for any reason.

Failure to cancel results in continued billing. No refunds will be issued for failure to cancel or misunderstanding of the subscription terms.

3. HIGH RISK WARNING – NO GUARANTEES

Trading CFDs, spread bets, futures, indices, and other leveraged financial instruments involves a high risk of loss. The majority of retail traders lose money. Specifically:

You understand and agree that:

• All trading decisions are made at your own risk.

• There is no guarantee of profitability or success, whether using our education, mentorship, copy trading, or live sessions.

• You can lose your entire investment, particularly when using leverage or trading with insufficient risk management.

• Funded trading accounts (e.g., proprietary or evaluation accounts through external providers) can be lost entirelydue to failure to meet drawdown or risk parameters.

• If you are not managing risk properly, you may lose all your funds.

We accept no responsibility for your trading performance.

4. THIRD-PARTY BROKERS, PLATFORMS & EVALUATION ACCOUNTS

We use platforms such as TD365, Vantage, Whop.com, Discord, Vantage, TD365 and Zoom to deliver services. These are third-party platforms and are not under our control. By engaging with any third-party broker, funded account provider, or software platform:

• You accept full responsibility for the terms, risks, and agreements involved.

• We are not affiliated, employed by, partnered with, or accountable for the terms, technical failures, policies, or actions of these platforms.

• We are not liable for any funds lost, data breaches, or performance issues associated with these platforms.

• Any agreements or contracts you enter into with third-party services (including funded account challenges and brokers) are entirely between you and the third party.

5. COPY TRADING & PERFORMANCE FEE SERVICES

Participation in copy trading through platforms like Whoop.com is entirely at your own risk. Performance fees are charged based on trading results and are non-refundable once billed, regardless of your personal account performance.

By participating, you acknowledge that:

• Copy trading does not guarantee results.

• Slippage, execution delays, and broker differences can affect performance.

• You are solely responsible for monitoring your trades, account, and broker.

• We are not responsible for any losses incurred by copying our trades or from using our signal-based or auto-trading services.

6. LIABILITY & LEGAL LIMITATIONS

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• MH af 2025 ApS disclaims all liability for financial losses, emotional distress, lost opportunities, or indirect damages arising from the use or misuse of our services.

• By purchasing or using our services, you voluntarily assume all risk associated with trading and waive any legal claims against the Company.

• You agree not to hold MH af 2025 ApS, its directors, employees, or representatives liable for any actions or consequences resulting from your trading activity.

7. USER CONDUCT & TERMINATION

We maintain a strict policy for user behavior in our platforms and communities (e.g., Discord):

• Any form of harassment, abuse, or inappropriate communication (to us or our members) will result in immediate removal without warning.

• You will forfeit access to all services and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances if removed for misconduct.

8. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By making any purchase, subscribing, copying trades, or using our services in any way, you affirm that:

• You have read and understood this Refund Policy in full;

• You understand that you are not entitled to any refund under any condition;

• You understand and accept the risks associated with trading and using third-party services;

• You waive all claims against MH af 2025 ApS related to financial loss or platform experience.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services or sign up for any product.
