Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) carefully before using Madstrades.com (the “Site”) or purchasing any services, products, or memberships offered by MH Af 2025 ApS (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using this Site and/or purchasing any services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Site.

General Disclaimer on Trading Risks

Financial Spread Trades, Contracts for Difference (CFDs), and other leveraged products are complex instruments and come with a high risk of losing money rapidly due to leverage. 82.4% of retail investor accounts lose money when trading CFDs with this provider. You should consider whether you understand how CFDs work and whether you can afford to take the high risk of losing your money.

Trading CFDs, futures, indices, and related instruments is highly speculative and may not be suitable for all investors. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your trading decisions, and you understand that past performance does not guarantee future results.

Our Services

Madstrades.com, owned and operated by MH Af 2025 ApS, offers the following services:

• Copy Trading Access via Vantage.
  Users can copy trades placed by the Company. This service is based on performance fee arrangements. You are fully responsible for selecting your broker and executing copy trading functionality. We use TD365 and Vantage for our own trading and do not recommend or endorse any broker.

• Live Trading Subscription – €499/month
  Provides daily access to live trading insights. This is a subscription service. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription if you no longer wish to use the service. You will continue to be charged until cancellation. We do not offer any refunds under any circumstances. Cancel here: whop.com/madshansenreal or whop.com/mads-hansen (old one)

• Mentorship Program – $2,500/month
  Includes:

  • Access to live trading sessions (discord)

  • Two (2) live Q&A Zoom sessions per week

  • Community support
    This is billed monthly, and you are responsible for making timely payments. No partial refunds, pro-rata refunds, or cancellations are granted mid-month.

• Private Trading Course – $5,000 one-time fee
  A comprehensive A-to-Z trading education program. This is a non-refundable, non-transferable, one-time product. Includes on-demand materials and access to community resources.

3. 

No Refunds Policy

All purchases are final. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances. This includes subscription services, mentorship sessions, live calls, courses, and copy trading access.

Please do not sign up or purchase if you do not fully understand or agree with this policy.

4. 

Conduct and Community Standards

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for misconduct.

• If you threaten, harass, intimidate, or send inappropriate messages to us or to any member of our community (e.g., Discord), your access will be immediately terminated without notice and without a refund.

• We reserve the right to permanently ban any user who violates these community standards.

5. 

Limitation of Liability

By using this website and its services, you agree that:

• MH Af 2025 ApS shall not be held liable for any financial loss, missed profit, or indirect damages incurred through the use of our services.

• You understand and accept that copy trading involves risk, and we are not responsible for any losses you may incur, whether via manual trading, auto-trading, or third-party brokers.

• You are responsible for your own broker selection. Many brokers, including offshore brokers, may not be regulated in your country and pose a risk to your capital.

• Do your own due diligence before opening any account or engaging in any trading activity.

• You can use any broker you want nothing to do with us.

6. 

Performance Fees

Performance fees are charged via our copy trading partner platform (https://www.vantagemarkets.com/). You acknowledge and accept:

• Fees are calculated based on gross trading performance, and

• Fees are not contingent on your net profits, tax obligations, withdrawals, or broker fees.

• Once charged, performance fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

No Financial Advice

The content shared on Madstrades.com, including live streams, trading ideas, and educational materials, is not financial advice. All opinions expressed are for educational purposes only.

You must consult with a licensed financial advisor before making any financial decisions. We are not licensed financial advisors and do not provide personalized investment advice.

8. 

Subscription and Billing Terms

For recurring services (e.g., the €499 subscription and $2,500/month mentorship):

• It is your responsibility to manage and cancel your subscription.

• We are not able to cancel on your behalf.

• Failure to cancel results in continued charges.

9. 

Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark.

10. 

Modifications

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available at Madstrades.com. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
