General Information

This document sets forth the terms and conditions, disclaimers, and risk disclosures associated with participation in copy trading services offered via the Vantage Markets platform by MH af 2025 ApS / @madshansenreal (“Signal Provider”, “I”, or “me”).

This is not an investment fund, asset management firm, financial advisory service, or regulated investment product. The information presented and the actions taken are solely expressions of personal trading activities in my own account.

By choosing to follow, subscribe to, or mirror my trades via the Vantage copy trading platform (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by the terms set forth herein and acknowledge the inherent risks involved.

No Financial Advice or Fiduciary Duty

All content, trading signals, strategies, and actions shared through Vantage Markets or any related social media, email, website, or platform are for informational and educational purposes only and reflect my personal views and trading decisions.

Nothing contained herein or provided in connection with the copy trading service shall be construed as:

• Investment advice;

• Legal or financial advice;

• A solicitation, recommendation, or endorsement to buy or sell any securities or financial instruments;

• An offer to manage funds or act in a fiduciary capacity on behalf of another person or entity.

You acknowledge that I am not licensed by any financial authority (e.g., SEC, FCA, ASIC) to provide financial services, portfolio management, or discretionary asset management.

Nature of the Copy Trading Relationship

By using the copy trading functionality of Vantage Markets:

• You are not entering into a client relationship with me.

• I do not have access to your funds, your account, or your personal information.

• I do not initiate trades on your behalf; the Platform executes mirrored trades automatically based on your consent.

• You retain full control and responsibility for enabling, disabling, or modifying your participation in the copy trading feature at any time.

• All trades are executed in your account by the Platform based on technical replication, which is not guaranteed to match my entry, exit, slippage, position size, or risk precisely.

  Risk Acknowledgment

Trading Contracts for Difference (CFDs), indices, and other leveraged financial instruments involves a high level of riskand may not be suitable for all investors. You may lose more than your initial investment. You must be fully aware of the following:

1. Past performance is not indicative of future results. While I may have achieved positive returns in the past, there is no guarantee that you will achieve similar results.

2. Execution discrepancies may occur. Due to latency, slippage, and platform-related factors, the trade execution on your account may differ from mine in terms of:

   
   

   • Entry and exit prices

   • Trade size

   • Timing of trade closure (especially important for scalping strategies)

   • Complete or partial execution

   
   

3. Technical and platform risks exist. The Platform may fail to copy trades properly, may delay executions, or may leave trades open that I have already closed. It is your responsibility to monitor your own account and manage risks accordingly.

4. You may incur losses. By following my trades, you accept full responsibility for gains or losses. I do not accept any liability for your trading results, including but not limited to:

   
   

   • Direct or indirect losses

   • Loss of profits

   • Account liquidation

   • Platform malfunction

   
   

5. Leverage amplifies risk. My strategies often use leverage, which can accelerate both gains and losses. You may lose all or more of your invested capital.

6. No Guarantee of Profit. While I may target a percentage gain monthly or daily, there is no guarantee of consistent profitability. You must understand that trading is speculative in nature.

   Your Responsibilities

By participating in this copy trading service, you affirm that:

• You are solely responsible for all decisions made in your account.

• You understand the risks and volatility associated with CFDs, leverage, and automated trading.

• You have conducted your own due diligence and are trading only with funds you can afford to lose.

• You will always use a stop loss and appropriate risk management based on your personal financial situation.

• You will not hold me liable for any financial loss or damages arising from trades mirrored via the Platform.

  No Guarantees or Warranties

I make no representations or warranties, express or implied, about:

• The accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any information provided;

• The reliability of trade signals;

• The profitability or performance of the copy trading service.

I expressly disclaim any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability related to the content or service.

Indemnification and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless me, my affiliates, agents, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your participation in this copy trading service.

In no event shall I be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;

• Any trading losses, including complete loss of capital;

• Any technical failures, trade execution issues, or platform errors.

  Regulatory Status

I am not a licensed financial advisor, portfolio manager, or broker. I have previously operated within regulated environments, including managing hedge funds, raising capital, and complying with SEC and global regulatory frameworks. However, I have voluntarily exited the regulated space and now operate exclusively on a signal provider basis through Vantage Markets, which does not require registration or licensing to share personal trades for others to copy at their discretion.

Final Warning

If you do not fully understand or accept the risks involved in copy trading or trading leveraged financial instruments, do not participate.

You should consider seeking advice from an independent, licensed financial advisor if you are unsure whether this type of trading is appropriate for your financial situation.
